2026 PPP

Regulatory and operational framework.

The Particular Service Specifications (PPP) regulate the service conditions, minimum resources, quality indicators, provider obligations and economic regime. The document sets the pilot boarding point at 36° 42’ 6’’ N and 3° 31’ 00’’ W.

Entry into force: the PPP was published in the Spanish Official Gazette on 5 September 2026. Maximum tariffs and emergency-intervention tariffs apply from the following day; the remaining provisions take effect three months after publication.

Maximum tariffs

Maximum-tariff estimate.

The published maximum base tariff is calculated as T = 100 + 0.0305 × GT, subject to a minimum of €250. The factors, reductions and surcharges established in the PPP are then applied according to the service and its circumstances. This tool provides an estimate only and is not a contractual tariff, quotation or invoice.
